Refund and Returns Policy

Because our coffee is roasted fresh to order, all sales are considered final once an order has been processed.

Coffee Products

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any coffee products once they have been roasted and shipped. This includes whole bean, ground coffee, pods, and seasonal or limited releases.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged item and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, or if it appears delayed in transit, please reach out to us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable. Shipping delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control, but we will always do our best to help.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened coffee products

  • Used items

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if the request is made before roasting begins. Once an order has entered the roasting process, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
