Humble Rise Coffee reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content, excluding payment information, may be transferred unencrypted across networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from Humble Rise Coffee.

Coffee products are food items and once shipped cannot be returned for resale.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Any changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

5. ORDER ACCURACY AND ACCEPTANCE

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

If an order is canceled after payment is processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are roasted and shipped on demand. Processing times may vary based on order volume and availability.

Delivery dates are estimates only. Humble Rise Coffee is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has shipped, ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
